XONTECH Systems will review and resolve requests within the time limits provided by applicable legislation.

XONTECH Systems applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against: unauthorised access; loss; destruction; unauthorised alteration; unauthorised disclosure; other forms of unauthorised processing.
Access to data is limited to persons who need it to perform their duties.
15. International transfers
Where the use of certain providers or services involves the transfer of personal data outside the Republic of Moldova, XONTECH Systems will apply the requirements of the legislation on international data transfers.

16. Data of contact persons of B2B clients
Within relationships with legal entities, XONTECH Systems may process the data of their representatives and contact persons, such as: first and last name; job title; professional e-mail; phone number; data relating to communication and the professional relationship.
This data is used for managing the business relationship, communicating about services and contracts, support, projects, requests and, where applicable, commercial communications.
17. Data processed as a Processor
In connection with certain services, XONTECH Systems may have access to personal data on behalf of and for its clients, acting as a Processor.
In these situations, processing is carried out in accordance with the client’s instructions and the applicable contractual terms.
The relationship between XONTECH Systems and the client is governed by a contract or a data processing addendum.
