All data collected and/or stored by XONTECH ACADEMY is used for the sole purpose of XONTECH ACADEMY’s business and the individual’s relationship with XONTECH ACADEMY.

Data storage

  • XONTECH ACADEMY will not keep any paper files of personal data, including financial transactional data.
  • XONTECH ACADEMY is responsible for the maintenance of all online cloud data storage and will continue to review the security of every system that holds personal data in a timely manner, this includes customer relationship management (CRM), learning management system (LMS), backup reporting. , file storage systems, accounting software and e-commerce platforms.
  • Financial information for online payments are not owned by XONTECH ACADEMY and all are handled by PayPal, XONTECH ACADEMY does not own any of this payment information.
  • When processing financial information by the telephone staff taking the call, they should not write down or record any of the information that has been provided to them other than in the designated boxes on the PayPal payment terminal. They should not repeat any card information and, if they need clarification, will ask the caller to repeat the details. The transaction should not be processed by speaker phone or e-mail.
  • No PC or workstation should be left unmanned without a suitable password protected screen protector. All PCs and workstations should be locked and password protected overnight.
  • All employees should only use their own login to access member computers and databases and must not share login details with others.
  • To demonstrate compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations, all staff will complete a training program and sign to agree that they understand the implications (log available on request), they will also sign this policy to show that they have read and understand their responsibility for personal data.
  • All employees sign a confidentiality clause as part of their contract of employment.

Xontech Academy students

  • When registering to study with XONTECH ACADEMY, individuals must be told that XONTECH ACADEMY will in no way use their data for any purpose other than communicating with XONTECH ACADEMY support services, their direct support tutor and post-completion marketing information. Data will not be passed on to third parties unless learners give their prior written consent. This is made clear at the beginning of the registration process.
  • From time to time, XONTECH ACADEMY may be contacted to share relevant matters on behalf of third parties, such as study institutes. Only information relevant to the student’s studies or membership at the institute will be shared.

Data Rights

  • The data held by XONTECH ACADEMY may be only as eXontech Academycte as the information provided to XONTECH ACADEMY.

It is the individual’s responsibility to ensure that their data is eXontech Academycte.

  • Once an individual has commenced their studies with XONTECH ACADEMY, their personal data, including a record of their studies, will be held electronically for 7 years or 5 years after completion, whichever is the longer, before deletion.
  • An individual may request deletion of his/her personal data at any time by contacting academy@xontech.md It should be noted that deletion of all personal data (including email contact details) will result in XONTECH ACADEMY being unable to carry out learner support processing and would void the 100% pass guarantee.
