Compass N.E.W.S.® is a structured, systematic framework based on the metaphor of a compass. It provides individuals, teams and organizations with specific tools to navigate through challenging situations and changing environments.

Practical strategic workshop for management, departmental, Agile, ad-hoc teams. The workshop works with the real case of teams in companies regrouping after a major strategic change, merger/acquisition, after an economic crisis, after a difficult internal situation; It creates high level alignment, engagement and focus. Results in business indicators are monitored and calibrated through follow-up sessions and reach a spectacular level.
