- Customer loyalty scale - 4 basic emotions;
- Customer Journey; touch points, pain points and pleasure points, moments of truth;

- Recognizing your own and others' emotions;
- Ways to manage your emotions;
- Ways to manage customer emotions;
- Dealing with difficult moments with customers;
- How we use difficult times to generate customer loyalty;
- Create a great, lasting relationship with customers, based on emotions.

The activity is predominantly a workshop with practical applications.
The topics are approached by continuously linking to real case studies from the specific market or from the participants’ daily work, concepts are brought into the sphere of immediate applicability.
