With over 17 years of practical experience in organizational development, in Romanian and multinational companies, as an organizational expert, internal coach and HR manager, Smaranda has a deep understanding of how companies operate at a human level.
During professional development sessions she has guided professionals to answer their questions related to career, vocation, business development, entrepreneurship challenges, job choice. Topics such as negotiations, mediations, mediations, retraining, transitions, promotions, performance attainment, taking up management and top management positions are topics covered in such sessions.
Smaranda has created the first integrated program in Romania that analyzes and offers solutions for manipulation in social, business and professional, couple and family. It’s the only program that explains self-manipulation – the way our own thoughts and emotions deceive and hold us captive. It is liberation from the traps of the human psyche, from the losing dynamics of relationships and the space that limits external systems, that generates the most powerful transformative processes.
In recent years, she has served both as an external coach and consultant on organizational issues and development, as well as a soft-skills/emotional intelligence trainer. Smaranda graduated from the University of Psychology in Iasi and later from the West University-Organizational Psychology Department in Timisoara. Smaranda also completed an MBA in CSR-MBO Management with the University Bonn-Rhein-Sieg/Applied Sciences in Germany.
