What are sales?
- Concept / Definition / Essence;
- How specific are sales to consumers?
- What is specific to our market in terms of customers and their needs?
Steps in the sale:
- Prospecting/ Customer information;
- Meeting face-to-face/online - interpersonal rapport/connection;
- Finding out and understanding customer needs/wants;
- Product/service presentation: Needs/ features/ advantages/ benefits;
- Overcoming objections; false and real objections;
- Closing the sale.
Steps in the sale:
- Each concept is linked to the participants' real life experience in their daily work. It integrates information through debriefing, group coacing, impactful videos and images, experiential activities. Participants receive practical tools useful for planning and carrying out successful Sales activities.
