Xontech Academy is looking for a colleague for the position of Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Corporate customer base development.
- Customer base management in CRM.
- Long term client relationship development based on expert positioning.
- Cold, warm phone calls to potential clients as per script.
- Setting up and organizing face to face + online meetings with organizing client presentations.
- Organizing follow-up for each client to convert them into a sale.
- Collaboration with course providers (The Consultants, TUV Austria Romania, PECB, Axelos, People Cert, RQM), establishing details of course organization, dates, number of persons, etc.
- Preparing customized offers for corporate clients;
- Managing the organization of courses (number of participants, accounts payable, contracts, invoices, payments, meeting creation, link forwarding, entering course subject, etc).
- Preparing the follow-up questionnaire after completion of the course, sending it to the participants and ensuring its completion.
- Continuous development of negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Making client presentations.
- Writing blog posts and social media pages in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Developing monthly direct mail plan and creating content for them in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Planning and organizing webinars with Xontech Academy service providers to increase their awareness.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in Economics/ Marketing (recommended);
- B2B sales experience is an advantage;
- Advanced PC knowledge;
- At least 2 years of sales experience;
- Knowledge of Romanian, Russian; English (medium level);
- Advanced communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Driving license, cat. B.
